It keeps the cheese hot and dispenses it with a convenient non-messy stainless steel pump. The unit operates on standard 110vac electricity and has an adjustable temperature knob. Each #10 can of cheese will make approximately 48 servings. It is best to allow 2 hours warming time for cheese to get hot.
